They are a very stiff polyester material that has an odd smell to it. I feel like they would be okay as outdoor pillowcases but definitely not something that I would want indoors due to the rough texture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s looks great, the color compliments very well. The only con I have is it wasn’t easy to clean. But after letting it soak I was able to get almost as good as new. Overall I like they were very nice and was able to arrange it with other colors.
