A: They are horribly wrinkled fresh from the dryer! One of the pillow cases has a flaw running all the way down the length of it and is shorter than the other. Long threads hanging from every seam. I bought a fitted sheet of this brand a year ago that was much better and wrinkle free, but this set is awful. I will be returning them, even though I’ve washed them.
A: Very wrinkly after washing and drying first time. Will be returning
A: No - not wrinkle resistant or free. I have done as one person mentioned. Dry one sheet at a time and immediately take out-- Very disapointed
A: These are wonderful! The only time I've had wrinkles is when I left them in the dryer for 3 days... If you leave them in the dryer overnight, you'll have some creases but not really "wrinkles."
A: Target must have changed manufacturers... they use to be wrinkle free and soft... now course and even ironing doesn’t take away the wrinkles
A: These sheets are incredible but they are not truly wrinkle resistant. you have to fold them or put them on the bed right out of the dryer. They do crease when you sleep in them but they are real cotton
A: These are the best new sheets I have bought in a long time. They feel nice against your skin. There are some large wrinkles and some shake out, and the rest relax after being on your bed for a day. I have no problem with the wrinkles. I used to love the Shabby Chic patterned sheets, and those were the worst sheets I have ever seen anywhere, in my own home or staying at someone else's home.
A: I bought them before and they were wrinkle free straight out of the dryer. The new set I bought about 6 months ago wrinkle terribly! I should have returned them. I will not buy them again!
A: These sheets are no longer made in India and are now wrinke resistant, not wrinkle free, rough, pillow casws seams do not line up and look terrible after washing. New manufacturer, new material. Terri
A: Made in India they are soft. Made in Pakistan they are rough and wrinkle badly.
A: These sheets USED TO BE AMAZING! No Longer!! I bought probably my fifth pair a month ago and they are scratchy to the touch and the worst part is they are no longer wrinkle resistant!! They were my favorite sheets even compared to much, much more expensive sheets from non-Target vendors. PLEASE, PLEASE Target, please go back to your old manufacturer. I can no longer recommend these sheet sets and I will not buy in the future unless I read favorable reviews that you have changed them.
A: I have found the difference is where the sheets are made. Some say made in India and others say made in Pakistan. The sheets made in India are the nicer ones that are smoother and don’t wrinkle. Now I only buy the made in India options. It says on the package and in the pillow cases where they are made.
A: My sets (made in India) aren't completely wrinkle free, but they're close if you fold them right out of the dryer.
A: These used to be very soft and wrinkle free, but are now rougher and wrinkly quite a bit. Target must have changed the fabric.
A: I use them for my Airbnb and I spray w/water when making the bed and all the wrinkles come out! I like it wrinkle free and that does the trick!
A: Hi Michelle - Everyone loves a good set of sheets, and these are receiving great reviews! We'd recommend reading a few reviews for real life expertise from those who already own them. Thanks! - Shelly
A: Worst sheets I have ever bought. From Pakistan, they wrinkle horribly. I even tried ironing them. If Target doesn't take them back I am throwing them away. DO NOT BUY!
A: hey are not as wrinkle freeas Target sheets used to be. The deep band on the top of the flat sheet is cut so far off grain that they will never iron flat. The resemble "sateen" in name only. Bad!
A: The problem is this brand is made in different countries. Very frustrating they are not made the same. The ones that wash good and are softer are made in China. I returned the ones made in Pakistan.
A: These used to be soft and wrinkle-resistant, but now, after washing, they are rougher and wrinkle quite a bit. Target must have changed the fabric.
A: Just bought these on Black Friday sale... I am so disappointed... both the sheets and pillowcases are very wrinkly and almost stiff. I had the Threshold printed sheets for years and they were lovely - must have changed the fabric. My old wonderful sheets say made in India, these say made in Pakistan. I've washed them a couple times hoping to smooth them out, but no luck. Probably can't return them at this point.
A: You have to pull them from the washer and immediately put them in the dryer and pull them from the dryer one piece at a time and fold them while still warm they will be absolutely fine!
A: Just washed these for the first time right out of the package. The fabric before washing had a sheen and felt really slippery like a sateen. After washing they took on more of a cotton percale feel. They were not heavily wrinkled, however I use proper care of the fabrics in large front load home machines: wash in lower temp water, without overloading machines, dry on lower temp, do not over dry and remove immediately when completed. The fabric looks freshly laundered but do not require ironing.
A: Cotton and Percale Not the same.
A: No. The worst sheets I’ve ever owned. Never seen sheets be this wrinkled. What a waste of money. Wish I’d read reviews before I bought. Lesson learned.
A: No very wrinkly after washing and drying once.
A: As someone else mentioned, if you get the sheets made in India, they're fine. Get the ones from Pakistan and they're not as soft AND they wrinkle like old aluminum foil.
A: Hello Jane - Yes! You and your bed will appreciate the sleep upgrade provided by this Threshold™ Performance Sheet Set. It's easy-care wrinkle, pill and shrink resistant. Thanks! - Julie
A: Percale is a type of finish, not a material. It can be 100% cotton or whatever threads.
A: Hi DKFrank - Good question! These sheets aren't percale sheets, as they're 100% Cotton. We hope you find what you're looking for! - Alli
A: Percale and sateen are BOTH weaves. These are sateen. Sateens are typically softer and warmer. Percales are typically crisper and cooler. Either can be 100% cotton or a blend.
A: Percale sheets are made of cotton and are a finish as described above. Target needs to have more knowledgeable staff address questions.
A: Yes. Not microfiber! Real cotton sheets.
A: Percale refers to the WEAVE of the fabric and can be any material. (Cotton, poly etc) I cannot find anywhere if these sheets are percale or sateen (another less sturdy type of weave)
A: Not as silky as one would hope.
A: Hi vivan - Thanks for asking. These sheets are made of 100% cotton with a sateen feel for softness and durability. Hope that helps! - Nathalie
A: They feel like a cotton gown. Good quality with some weight to them but they stay cool to the touch. Not microfiber.
A: The fabric feels like a smooth slippery sateen right out of the package. I have just purchased and washed them before use...the fabric took on more of a cotton percale feeling after washing & drying. For me, this is what I was desiring. Sateen cotton can be too tightly woven and cause sweating due to lack of breathability. If a purely smooth silky sateen is what you desire, I would say these WILL NOT make you happy. If a crisp cotton is more your style, I would say you WILL enjoy.
A: They used to be silky but they have changed in recent times. They still feel soft in the package, but as soon as you wash them they feel like plain cotton. These were my favorite sheets but I will no longer buy them
A: NO, New material, no longer made in India. Terrible feeling and looking sheets. Wrinkle resistant no longer wrinkle free. Big difference.
A: There is a viewable PDF on each sheet page that gives a great deal of information about each type of sheets that Target currently offers. One of the rows on the PDF chart shows which sheet types are benzoyl peroxide resistant. This sheet set is not shown to be benzoyl peroxide resistant. As a rule of thumb, most natural fibers will not be benzoyl peroxide resistant, while many 100% synthetic sheets (such as microfiber) will be benzoyl peroxide resistant.
A: It is a very deep pocket. I use ProActive and it has stained the sheets if I go to bed without letting the cream dry first. I have had these sheets for almost two years and has not pilled or faded. Buying again!
A: As an esthetician and RN for 20 years, NOTHING is resistant to benzoyl peroxide other than the color white that cannot be bleached out by the oxygen molecules in the benzoyl peroxide.
A: The fitted sheet is very deep pocket. I'm not positive about the resistance to benzoyl peroxide, although this may vary with dye color with any brand.
A: There is extra elastic sewn in near the corners so it fits either Twin or Twin XL.

A: Yes, the Twin/Twin XL fitted sheet does fit on our Twin size mattress.
A: The other answers are wrong. The packaging only says twin XL. It did not fit on my regular twin bed, the corners did not line up and they looked messy. I do not recommend these.
A: Hello CW - Thank you for taking an interest in this product. We do have a sizing for Twin/Twin XL however we do request if you could check the product page for more information on the sizing as it would assist you better in choosing the right option. Hope this helps! Happy Shopping - Amy
A: No, they are not slippery. Satin would probably be slippery, used a lot in pillowcases to protect hair/skin. Sateen refers to the weave pattern of the cotton. I have two sets, love the rich colors.
A: Hi Tracy SR - Thanks for asking. These sheets are made of 100% cotton with a sateen feel for softness and durability. Hope that helps! - Kris
A: The ones listed as sateen have a sateen look (as if it were painted on), but feel the same as the cotton, i.e. they are not slippery at all and will wrinkle.
A: Yes, the sheets fits: Maximum Mattress Depth: 18 Inches. Enjoy your new sheets:

A: Our shrink after a couple of months. We also have an 11" deep mattress. It's a struggle to put on the fitted sheets.
A: Nope, Mint Ash is very much a true green. I can't really see any blue in and though I have a set and LOVE the sheets, I really wish the color had been closer to a Spa Blue/Green, a pastel Teal instead of leaning so hard to the green tone. HTH
A: I have two sets of Mint Ash sheets (and had another that wore out before!). I think it does have bluish undertones to it, which is why I wanted it. Our comforter has this color in it and it really goes well. It was hard to match but these worked! It is not at all a true green to me in any shade. Think maybe a sea blue or sea green color. Not quite an aqua but in that direction.
A: Hi ColorQuest - You're absolutely right, those two colors are pretty close. After some discussion, we're seeing "Green Fig" as being a pure light green while "Mint Ash" has a slight bluish cast. We're hoping you'll pick the perfect color and add these to your place. We appreciate you being with us. -Michael
