I added the return to my executive desk. It's just plain and simply a must if you are wanting a nice large space to work and have a desktop printer. I put a file cabinet under the end and it's perfect. This took me about an hour to assemble and attach. It's probably a 2 person job to line it up and attach it. I couldn't see not having it for the workspace alone. It's just what I needed.

This is the ""L"" for my desk. It was fairly easy to add to the desk itself, but it is a little tricky getting the dowel plugs and preinserted cam screws to line up. Be careful to use the correct piece depending upon whether you want to have this on the right or left of the desk.
