Blocked the light. Perfect

I purchased the charcoal color, and I've had absolutely no issues with them not being blackout. These curtains have helped immensely with darkening rooms enough when I have migraines. Due to the style of rods I have, there's some light bleed on the sides and above, but it's enough to see in the dark to move around and not bother me. I ended up purchasing them for every window in my house. I don't have too many windows, but they're all fairly wide, and I need four panels to cover them and my patio door. They've even helped with keeping the house cools the last few summers when our old AC goes out. And in the winter, they help keep the heat in, especially on the ground floor which always got freezing. We checked for gaps in the windows and found none, so it's just the old glass. The downstairs area is actually comfortable at night when temps drop a lot now. I had felt they were pretty expensive since it's over $20 per panel, but I was able to get some on sale and considering I've now bought over 30 panels, they've been well worth the money.

Bought two of these originally and they were great. Bought a third and there are holes in it!! We just noticed it and of course threw the packaging away. Cheaply made for sure.

Advertised as blackout but it had tiny holes everywhere that the sun peers through.

We had four panels of these curtains in our daughter’s room, and they were working fine. We took them down to wash, and they are now completely destroyed. We followed the instructions to wash in cold water on gentle cycle. The backing on all four panels stuck to itself coming out of the washer. One panel was so bad I couldn’t get it spread out to dry without the backing pulling off, and now the curtains are completely unusable.

When the sun shines through it is more like a khaki color. Not what I wanted at all. Not much of a black out curtain either. Will be returning

I got these in the cream color and they are not blackout. Perhaps darker colors would work better? I like the color and the blackout wasn’t a necessity for me, so I’m keeping them but I wanted to let others know not to expect blackout results with the cream colored ones.

These curtains are terrible quality. They are not blackout and the backing on them got gummy, stuck to itself, and ripped apart after ONE wash on cold as per the directions on the tag. An awful product and I’m extremely disappointed.

These are not blackout curtain. And they had dozens of little holes in all 3 panels we bought.

Cream color is not room darkening. Not even close.

As the picture shows, direct sunlight clearly shows through this curtain. I bought these curtains so morning sunlight wouldn't wake me up. Sadly, the room "lights up" a lot compared to the "blackout" implied by the product name. Otherwise, the curtain is good quality and I'll use them in a different location. But I'll have to purchase a different product for this use, one where reviewers verify the product performs as described.

Mismatch color & definitely no where near blackout. I bought these on two separate occasions and somehow even though they are both marked cream, the one has more of a yellow hue and the other has more orange. Not at all appealing. I plan on returning them.

Not black out! Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I purchased. Will be returning.

they are blinds nothing special. they are not black out. when hung up the sun bleeds through.

I put up the curtains and there was light shining through. Pinhole spots of some areas and one large area letting light through. Will be returning curtains.

Blackout curtains? These cream curtains turn yellow with all the light that filters through. Love the look of them alone but hardly blackout. Unfortunately they’ll be going back.
