Pros: went together easily, arrived without damage, sturdy when completely assembled. Con: Needs additional extra small parts as two of the bolt that hold the piece together were damaged (no threads on one and the top was flat on another, no place for required Phillips screwdriver). I was able to use one of the damaged ones using a pair of needle nose pliers to install. Problem would have been solved quicker with inclusion of two extra bolts instead of one
