Extra Space for Items

This 3 Shelf Bookcase was just what I needed. We had moved to a new home and I have it in my office upstairs. Scaled-down from a two story home to one story and did not have room for my items. Great
Lower quality than many Sauder purchases in the past.

Bookcase planned for a variety of book sizes. Unfortunately, a cam hole on panel B was drilled about 1/4" off. We did receive a replacement panel, but it doesn't match in color finish as well. Also, the filler product under the veneer is crumbling out at some edges on various panel pieces. In addition, even though I texted pictures of the problem, and did walk through all the steps she requested to attempt a proper fit, the response attitude was summed up in "must be a one-off; we've received no complaints of this lot". I felt customer support was condescending.

It took about 2 hours to assemble, but it is worth the effort. I would have liked to have a colored picture to go by instead of B&W.
This is a substantial bookcase.

The quality is better than I expected for this price point. Of all of the "assembly required" furniture that I have purchased. this was by far the easiest to assemble. All of the parts were there, they all lined up and the instructions were very clear and detailed. I had a prior experience with this company where one of the parts came damaged. There online service department was very easy to navigate and order a replacement part. It arrived in two days. I am very impressed with this company, and they will be my go-to for any future needs.
I love the look, but there were some issues

It was quite easy to put together, and I think it'll work fine despite the issues. The connector holes in one of the base pieces were drilled incorrectly, so I couldn't use them (as I didn't have the tools to drill my own). So, in effect, the base is held together by three of the four corners and the back, which is nailed on. I don't think it will cause an issue, but books are heavy, so it's possible it could wear and break over time. Also, there were scratches and chips in some of the laminated wood, though the pieces were wrapped and packaged well. The damages must've been caused prior to packaging. All in all, it's a decent bookshelf. I would recommend to a friend, but would give disclaimers as well.

I use the product as a book case. The item is pretty however the quality is not what I expect from Sauder. There are splinters from where the item was cut and because it is finished before it is cut it has left raw wood exposed which cannot be covered up by other part.

Great product to help organize our home office. Bookshelves were easy to assemble and look great. Terrific customer service as a different product was sent in error and was quickly corrected and delivered. Only problem was the ineptibility of FedEx but Sauder cannot control them.

Very nice looking and sturdy. Instructions in the beginning should tell you the dowl pin is to be put thru the hole in the top piece to the cam in the side piece. Took me a while to figure this out, then showed a diagram in the instructions later.
