We hired reputable electricians to rewire the entire home, they've been amazing. For some reason they had trouble putting this fan up. They worked on it for a long time. Finally they gave up. It looks nice, but never got to use it. The customer service is amazing and allowed us to send it back and they even helped us find one better. Of course I spent more money. But I can't wait to see it in use!

This fan is tiny. It’s going to be returned. Maybe good for a small outdoor space with a low roof but it looks ridiculous in our back porch
