These plates were beautiful, and I was really excited to get them in. Once I received them I noticed they are not microwave safe. We microwave a lot in this house, so these plates just weren't practical for us. If you aren't looking to microwave your plates, they are sturdy, and since they aren't glass they won't break, and are perfect for kiddos!

I have been stalking Target’s website every day waiting for these to come back in stock. I had previously bought the bowls, salad plates, platters, and serving bowls and just needed the dinner plates for my set to be complete. I’m so happy with them! They’re light weight, seem durable, and best of all - dishwasher safe! The only downside, which I feel like is true with any melamine, is that it isn’t microwave safe. These resemble the Pottery Barn set that I have, so I was so excited to find a more “every day” set. Highly recommend!

I ordered these 2 different times and more than 50% of the plates were broken and chipped because they were not packaged properly. Also these are not glass and feel more plastic. Look cheap in person

Love the McGee line at target- similar items to the McGee website for a fraction of the price. I bought this set for Easter and it looked so classy- I also didn’t have to worry about any breakage. Great find!

I love these plates, they’re very pretty. I like the off-white and blue color combo. We’ve used them for a few weeks now with no issues. I just wish they were microwave safe. There are so many sustainable materials that are microwave safe, I don’t understand why they couldn’t use one of those? Now if only there were matching cereal bowls!

Great patterns, and hard to find nice looking melamine. I didn’t love the matte finish of the melamine- just felt like they wouldn’t stand up to use from my kids, but probably fine for lighter use.

These are so charming and look similar to the ones on McGee and Co’s website. Also…the appearance is the off white is because it’s made from bamboo. Which I love as we are trying to use less plastic.

Love this set . Super practical and pretty and a breeze to clean . Though my boyfriend doesn’t like the scraping sound it makes with utensils against it - fine for me but just something to keep in mind

Super cute coastal outdoor plates. Def recommend getting the salad plates also for entertaining. The entree and salad plates pair so beautifully. Love the 4 designs.

They’re very nice, the mismatched prints are very pretty and go very well together. The only thing is they are a bit gray, just ever so slightly, I would have liked them to be more taupe like they seem in the image. Otherwise very nice. They kind of give off farmhouse chic.

Absolutely love! These plates are so cute & good quality. Love that they look nice, but they’re melamine so you can use it & not have to be careful as if they were glass. Purchased 12 of each size. Perfect for elevating the everyday & great for gatherings too.

These are cute plates but be aware they appear more like ceramic than porcelain in person. Of course they are melamine but they give the appearance of ceramic. They are just a little darker than the picture shows in my opinion. They seem to be decent quality so far.

These are really beautiful. Only downside is this material isn’t microwaveable but for the price they are perfect.

Although they are a great weight,(I was surprised) the patterns were not as nice as I hoped... Going back.
