I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Many times, woven placemats are flimsy or too thick. These are just perfect. They a tighly woven and have a beautiful, natural color.

Ordered 2 packs and they were completely different colors - 1 a beautiful yellow straw as I expected, 1 a green straw. I requested a replacement, so we’ll see if we can get another yellow pack to match.

These were smaller than expected and had that seagrass, water hyacinth smell - which would likely go away, also the look had more green tone than I was looking for, but mainly too small. A full size dinner plate would overwhelm the placemat and silverware would not fit either.

Beautiful! Can’t believe these are as inexpensive as they are! And for a set of 4! Love the unique oval shape and the neutral tones of the seagrass. Yes, these are thinner than some others but I think still worth it for the money. Also don’t find that these are small in size either. Obviously these are spot clean only so more for looks than actual functionality.

Beautiful and delicate. Perfect for a Spring or Summer table setting, including coastal, farmhouse, or traditional look. These placemats are a great value for what looks like handwoven quality. I purchased seagrass placemats from a different company of a different (round) style for my Easter table, and they were more than double the price of these. These lightweight, oval placemats will be perfect for my darker round kitchen table. They look just as pictured. Not for every day use for me, but rather special occasions or decorative. They’re really pretty. When you find these at Target, buy them.
