My kids absolutely love Axolotls, and this was the cutest surprise for them! They loved seeing which one they got. It was also reasonably priced. However, because the Axolotl was small, the accessories we received were also small, which means the kids easily misplaced them. Otherwise, really cute!

The body parts break off all the time. It’s fun when the tiny arm falls off and your kid is screaming and crying because you can’t find it. Also pretty unsafe for the small parts to come off. I bought 4 of these….. what a waste of money

We've opened two of these and got the one with the microphone, and the one with the book. The one with the book is my favorite, but unfortunately it can barely even be displayed without falling apart. The head and arms will fall off very easily, and the book will only stay on the arms if you have the head tilted nearly all the way back. If you just plan on displaying them (like me), I would super glue the parts wherever you want them, but if a child plans to play with it, just know it won't stay together. I'd still recommend for display.
