I was surprised how soft it was and just as equally surprised that it has some weight to it to. Which in the long run with it being that way it helps with my anxiety and calms me down. My cats love laying on it to.

It's big enough for both my partner and I to share, and also acts as the perfect pillow when I don't need a full blanket. It doesn't shed like a lot of other faux fur blankets I've tried. I've been using it for two weeks straight and so far, it's just as soft as the day I pulled it out of the package! I love this thing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Madison Park throw today. The crèam color or off white is one of my favorite colors. I am pleasantly surprised at how long the fur is, not short like a lot of throw blankets. The fur is like hugging a teddy bear. It’s so furry, soft and silky. The throw feels so nice and comfy. The lining or other side of the throw is equally as nice. This side is velvety, smooth and silky feeling as well. It’s just as comfy as the furry side. The thickness of the throw is not extremely thick like a comforter. I do feel a heaviness so It does have a good weight to it. The throw measures approximately 48 ½ X 60”s. An ample size lap throw for most people but just right for me! It’s made of polyester so it shouldn’t shrink. I didn’t want to wash it to do a test for shrinkage right now. I just got it and want to enjoy the newness before putting it into the mouth of the washer. I love the feel of this throw and it's actually one of the nicest and well made one I've ever owned or seen. I will definitely enjoy this throw blanket for years to come.

The color is a beautiful light gray that goes with so much. I also like that it doesn't shed at all and the pile on the longer side isn't so long that it'll get caught on things and come off. I'm sure my family will enjoy using it this coming winter.

I will sure add a few more for other rooms this fall/winter. SO soft and cozy- amazing weight and not too hot for Florida. Couldn’t love it more! These blankets feel so luxe, but this specific texture is absolutely amazing!! I throw it over my bed and it adds a beautiful pop of color and dimension! I got the gray color and love it!

We wash them often to keep them clean and find that they lose their soft quality after a couple of washings. This throw is so soft and has held up nicely in the wash. My dogs loved them and immediately put them to use.
