500 Thread Count All Seasons Hungarian Goose Down Comforter - Beautyrest

This is the sixth comforter we have purchased from various sources and the first we have returned. We put the comforter on our guest bed and shook it vigorously several times over two days hoping to see the filling plump up but it never happened. The comforter seems to have very little filling that lofts up a lot. The 750 rating does not tell you anything about how much filling is in the comforter, just how much it puffs up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful comforter! It’s very comfortable and has just the right amount of weight to it. I see it being perfect for all seasons. Never feeling too hot or too cold. The stitching keeps the full evenly spread out and it is really a king size. I’ve had other comforters that said they were king but would leave gaps after putting on a duvet cover. This is filled up corner to corner. It is soft but I did notice it has a bit of a crumpling sound when moving under it, but I’m hopeful with a few washer it’ll dissipate. An overall wonderful and comfortable comforter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this goose down comforter a few weeks ago. I absolutely love how fluffy it is, it is like snuggling a cloud! It fits my King Bed wonderfully and it is definitely cool to the touch but keeps me snuggly warm when I'm under the covers.

Every night when I curl up with my new Beauty rest 500tc Damask Strip USA Grown Cotton Hungarian Goose Down Comforter I feel like I am floating on a cloud. I love that it is perfect for all seasons. I have always had issues finding a comforter that both myself and my husband liked. I usually am too hot under a comforter and he is never warm enough. This is the first time in years that we are both under the comforter. The only downside is that it is dry clean only and my old comforter was washable, but that is really a minor con. All the pros definitely outweigh the con. I can see us using this comforter for years.

I've noticed since using this blanket I'm not waking up hot. Its fluffy and so soft. My 4 year old came in and when I asked why he wanted in our bed he said "I love the blanket, it's so comfy!"

This comforter is THAT comfy! I instantly felt comfortable and was so excited to finally find what I had been looking for for so long! It isn’t super heavy or bulky, it feels lightweight but also thick enough to keep you warm. The stitching is great on it, there’s no loose strings or rips. It fits my pillow top bed perfectly, it’s not short on any side and it’s too long either. It keeps you warm but it also feels cool so it helps me sleep great. I absolutely LOVE this comforter! The outer cotton layer is 500 thread count and incredibly soft. With the high thread count, I haven’t had any issues with feathers poking out of the comforter. Hungarian goose down was not something I was familiar with previously but it is far better than other down filled items we have previously owned. It does a great job regulating temperature. Even during the summer, I was never over heated under this comforter. Beautyrest generously filled this comforter and it has wonderful loft. It won’t go flat on your bed. From a design perspective it is a neutral white color with subtle striping. You could easily place in a duvet cover as well to match your bedding or decor. Wonderful comforter that will last you many many years!

The comforter is plush, but not too heavy, and will keep me warm (which is a good thing for Iowa weather). It is made of top-quality hypoallergenic materials, which is very important to me. Since it is made by Beautyrest, I know it is a quality product. It is made of 100% cotton material, 500 thread count, and has a baffle box design that keeps the fill material in its place. The design of the comforter is chic with a slight striped pattern which is very appealing, modern looking and since it is white, it has such a clean look on my bed. I definitely recommend this product for those looking for an all seasons, quality comforter.
