I have Casaluna sateen sheets from 2022 and they feel VASTLY different than these sheets I bought in 2024 even though they are the exact same product. The quality has tanked - these sheets are so much lighter and feel like plastic >:( Hoping they soften after washing several times but do not have high hopes

The fabric is nice, but the product details say they have an “end closure”, but they do not. I hate pillowcases that don’t have a way to retain the pillow at the open end, which is why I bought these specific cases. Additionally, the hem is just boring plain single stitch, which I’d expect on super cheap pillowcases, which these are not.

I splurged on a new king bed and bought 2 pairs of these Casaluna Sateen sheets after using 2 pairs on my previous bed fr a few years. The quality seems to have been improved right out of the package (I recall thinking they were a little stiff a few years ago but knew they would soften with use). This is no longer a concern. So good that I plan on buying another pair to take to my holiday home.

Great sheets. I upgraded to a king bed and purchased 2 more pairs of these Casaluna Sateen sheets to adorn it. Superb and simply divine softness that is silky and smooth. No breaking in whatsoever. I have two pairs from my previous smaller bed and I do feel the quality/softness has been improved right out of the package (I recall thinking they were a little stiff a few years ago).
