The product itself is fine. The 1 star is for the Austin highway location. I order two boxes and waited for two hours with my items saying “processing” I made my husband drive up to the store because why is two boxes of hangers taking more than two hours??!? He was then told by an employee that he can buy them AGAIN and requested and HOPEFULLY get a refund ??!?? Not a single customer was in store. Why bother having a pick up option if my husband still have to go in and shop himself….. !?!?! Make it make sense…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this big box of hangers for my daughter to take to college. I love how the box has fifty hangers so there will not be any mismatched hangers in her closet. They are sturdy plastic and have notches for hanging strappy clothes. They are strong enough to hold heavy jackets and thin enough so they don’t take up too much room in the closet. They are a great value for a bulk pack of hangers. I received an incentive to write this review.
