I needed to use a extended pole to hang from ceiling. Fan was not compatible for extended pole. Had to return Fan.

Will, We are sorry to hear that you had to return the fan because you were unable to find an extension pole. We do have 4 different colors of compatible down rods. They have a 1/2" diameter & pin holes for installation.
