52" Builder Ceiling Fan with Light Kit and Pull Chain (Includes LED Light Bulb) - Hunter Fan

Well I will give them that they got a very quiet fan. Its whisper quiet even on high speed. But the speed changing operation and reverse/forward leaves much to be desired. 99% of the fans today typically have a forward/reverse switch on the side above the lights. Not with this fan. Its kind of a chore to reverse the direction and each pull of the fan speed causes the unit to 'beep' which while I understand is annoying in the middle of the night. Also removing power via a wall switch and then reapplying power does not engage the fan to auto-start like 99% of the fans out there. So it seems some engineering team came up with a solution that is in search of a problem to go along with. If the fan had a regular reverse/forward switch and didnt beep with each pull of the cord, they would be close to perfection with this model. I didn't know any of this in advance or I would've likely picked a different model. Hunter still makes the best fans out there but this one maybe should be a hard pass..

The best fan I’ve ever seen. I bought four of theses fans, one was damaged and hunter quickly sent me a replacement. The fans themselves are six speed with three bright LED bulbs. The fan motor makes no noise, even on the highest setting.

Can’t use a remote with this unit. Unit made in China.

They last forever and have a great warranty to back up their product. This 52 inch fan has a very modern look but not too modern. I am loving the black color. The led light bulbs were even included for the three lights. The remote is a great feature, as well. When they advertise this fan as quiet, they were not kidding. It is definitely a quiet fan. I am definitely pleased with the product, and will always recommend a Hunter brand ceiling fan.

The build quality feels sturdy and durable, ensuring long-lasting performance.the installation was fairly easy with the instructions included in the box . This fan operates very quietly and does not make much noise which made it ideal for us . The design is sleek and elegant and looks great in our room . It is also energy efficient which is a big plus, overall we are very happy with it and definitely would recommend.

I bought this a month ago as I wanted to try a DC motor fan as I found the previous AC motor ones I’ve bought to be too noisy. The fan is SUPER QUIET. I’m very sensitive and cannot hear any noise coming from it. The fan is only able to be set up to a single switch. We have dual switches in our bedroom. There is no way to wire it for dual switches so if we kept it installed we’d have one switch. Nowhere online in the description does it state that the fan is able to be hooked up to only one switch. The one switch it connects to turns the fan on/off and the light on/off. But the worst part of all is the fan makes a BEEP every time you flip the switch to turn it on. I’ve been told there’s no way to turn it off.
