A: Hello Julie, We will gladly look into this for you, but we will need the model number of the fan. Here are the places you can find your fan model number. - the product carton - the parts guide included with your Owner’s Manual - the top of the motor housing if your fan is standard mount (uses a down rod) - the mounting ceiling bracket if your fan is a Low Profile fan , commonly called a “ceiling hugger” The model number appears as mod-cat# and begins with a 5 or 2. It is 5 digits long. Thank you!

The fan works well & is very quiet. The light fixture, however, is pretty dim. Would have given more stars, but for the light issue.

Hello, a simple and easy change we would recommend is to add higher wattage bulbs to your fan. Please check the light socket for the maximum wattage bulbs that can be used in your fan. ~Stacy

This fan really changed the whole feel of my living room. It's has amazing quality. It did take some time putting it together and installing it but I wanted to take my time and do it right. I am so extremely happy with how it looks and it is really quiet too.

The fan itself was very easy to install and the instructions were easy to follow as well. The fan is stylish and I love the black look to it. Operationally it is similar to any other fan with a pull cord for a light and the other for different speed settings for the fan. It is quiet and puts out the right amount of light depending on your bulb type used. I am happy with this purchase it really brings the room together.

Used the pull chain for the light part of the fan unit and after just a couple of times pulling on it the switch inside has broke and cannot turn light on.

Have had this unit for several years now. Nice and quiet but want to upgrade the e12 base filament bulbs it came with LED replacements. Installed the LEDs but they will not come on. Bulbs are good; I checked in another fixture. They seat in the socket completely. Wondering if something in the fan wiring isn't compatible with LED? Any ideas?

I purchased this fan and both pull switches control the light. The fan pull switch controls the lights and it even changes the light brightness with each pull like it would the fan speed. The fan does not work.

I just installed this fan/light combo and I'm really enjoying it. The look is beautiful, the air movement is great, and for this female the install was pretty easy. A few missteps in the directuons, some mine, some printed but overall I'm very happy with this product. P.S. A possible fix on cleaning the globe from debris and bugs may be to simply unscrew the globe cap and wipe inside with a damp paper towel or cloth.

Vaulted ceiling, ladder, globe disassembly for routine cleaning. Not a quality piece I’ve come to expect from Hunter. Any moth, fly, gnat, etc., you get in your house will love this globe, me not so much. Major disassemble to clean globe!

Since this is an open bowl design fan, we can not do much about bugs getting into the glass. However, we do offer many closed glass globes that can prevent this issue. Thank you for the feedback.
