This fan was delivered on time, no damage, and it works must as we expected. We like the different modes as well as the ability to use the dimmer on the light.

Fan has a horribly loud hum. Unfortunately you can't find this out until you install the fan. It is so annoying that we are going to bite the bullet and replace both of them. This brand is notorious for noisy motors.

The Casa Vieja Grand Palm Bronze fan is exactly what I wanted it to be: good-looking, close to the ceiling and quiet. We are not DIY people, so our electrician installed it and remarked on the ease of doing so. So far, we are totally satisfied with our purchase.
