I needed to replace a blown fixture and this item was the closest of anything else I could find that matched other fixtures in the room. The only problem was that my electrician had to order an additional part so that it would operate via a wall switch/button.

Great looking fan and light. Only problem was it required 2 hot wires to install, there is a converter kit that replaces the switch and a receiver in the ceiling. The Lamps Plus folks had them but didn't know about them so the install was delayed for a week.
