This fan makes a lot of noise. The book said to run for 24 hours and the noise would decrease and go away. Did not happen!!!

Love the appearance of this fan, love the size of this fan. It has six speeds and I have never needed more than #3- it moves so much air in my fairly large living room. I work out in this room, and that ceiling fan keeps me totally cool during my workout.
