Replaced an old noisy fan with this one and love it.. so quiet and blends well into our bedroom- which has a high slanted ceiling. Love the white as it blends in and is not noticeable

This is a great quality fan, comes with a remote to control both fan and light, and is incredibly quiet. We find the built-in lamp gives plenty of light in our bedroom. My electrician said the MinkaAire Espace fans are high quality. We love it!

Although the lamp is beautiful, I think the iron work was a little messy or at least on the one that I have right now. It's a little all over the place sticking out a little more than it should in some places and the lamp doesn't quite have the flow it does in the pictures online. Also the foot switch is a little too close to the base for when you put it behind a couch or chair like I did, you can't easily reach it. Although beautiful with the items mentioned above I think the price is too high.

This fan is so gorgeous and quiet I want to stare at it all night instead of sleeping. It is like having a sculpture on the ceiling instead of an appliance.

The Espace is a visually pleasing and great fan. The only disappointment we have encountered is the light which is not bright enough to adequately light the room to our satisfaction.

The fan is so quiet, even on high speed. Love not having to get out of bed to turn off/on the light/fan.

I bought a townhome that does not let a lot of natural light in. There’s only two small front facing windows, and the lighting overall was cheap and dark. The ceiling fan in the living room needed to be one to serve as a main light source for the downstairs. I have slowly started to change the lighting and wanted to match the kelvin for all lighting so it’s consistent. I also wanted a fan with a flat bottom (no light bulbs downward facing). This fan was the perfect buy! It’s dimmable, the brightness was exactly what I was looking for, it’s not overly modern, and it’s very quiet. I got the same fan for the master bedroom but in a different color. I had an electrician come to install the second one, and I noticed that the downstairs fan would randomly turn on after the second fan went up. I guess the two fans were interfering with signal to each other. It was a quick fix with the electrician. Otherwise no issues! Highly recommend.

It is a nice looking fixture and the fan and runs quietly. My only complaint is that it doesn’t produce much light, and the light it does produce is harsh and shadowy. The room is still really dim which was a bit of a disappointment.

Bought this fan mainly because of the brighter light since a lot of fans come with very dim lighting and also needed something in black and I love it!...looks great..install was fairly easy and so far no issues!

Looks great and is really quiet!

The fan was pretty easy to install and works fantastic. The light works perfectly with the LED high hats in the room.
