Description
Designed by Minka Aire, the Simple is a 52" ceiling fan boasting a brushed nickel finish motor and three silver finish ABS blades. With a DC motor, this powerful ceiling fan is UL Listed for Wet locations, which means it can be used both indoors and outdoors. The Simple also includes one 6" downrod and the RC600 AireControl Remote System. (UMRP)

Fan works nicely. Its quiet and serves its purpose. Unfortunately had to return two fans to get things right. Always buy a DC motor fan. Sale representative will praise anything they sell, I learned the hard way. One fan was damaged in shipment. Discovered the problem after election hung the fan. 2nd fan was noisy. I kept one fan of the 3 ordered. Of course I absorbed the cost of hiring an electrician. Lesson learned. Do your homework. Don't rely on sales people for added value. A blessing in disguise, I order Monte Carlo Maverick Fan. I liked it so much, I ordered a second one. Returns, not nearly as quick as a sale...lol learned to go through sales. Return line will keep you on hold forever. I've purchased many items from lamps plus. Once again, do your homework. Sale team will sell you anything.

We are so happy with our purchase of these fans. They are sleek, fit in with our contemporary style and lightweight. They are suspended from our alumawood patio cover and don’t shake when on. They are also “set” independent of each other so we can operate them individually by remote. The patio cover is tall so we purchased the downrods as recommended by the rep. They circulate the air well enough. We wanted them to help keep the smoke from the Santa Maria grill moving as well as keep flies away. They seem to be doing a decent job at both.
