Q: I’m not sure how to open it for the first time. I removed both stickers, and the keys are ‘locked’ inside. Any tips?
A: Shake it! My daughter and I couldn’t figure it out either and she shook it and it popped open!
submitted bySteph - 6 months agoA: I had to use a small flathead screwdriver to pry it open. I put it in the vent part and carefully tugged on it. My door was jammed and that is probably the same thing that has happened to yours.

submitted byRachel - 6 months agoA: Stick one end of scissors or a flat head screw driver into the keyhole and pull up on the door. Opened right up!

Q: How on earth do you open this when trying to get the key out? I just bought this and it says to turn dial lock to number: place key in lock and turn left. How do I get the key out when I can’t turn the lock to get it out?
