Q: In the staged photo, there's a piece of wood covering the middle section that connects the four legs underneath the table. In the photo with the white background this piece is missing. Does it come with this piece or not?

A: Unfortunately, we do not test for weight capacity. Our recommendation for a single person chair is 250 pounds.
