I was really excited to receive this rug set but despite it being touted as machine washable, it does not hold up! I've washed it maybe twice and the edges are beginning to fray to the point of it looking old in less than a couple months. Also, these rugs hold water and then you step on them with socks on and your socks are soaked, would not recommend.
