I got a queen sized and I didn't like that it reached to the edge of my bed, but didn't hang over extra (maybe because my bed is a pillow top?). But it is beautiful, it's comfortable to sleep on. I have a king size bed and this set fit perfectly. It has strips of ribbon across the comforter and pillowcases and they are sewed on perfectly. I have washed them, and they have held together great. I love snuggling up under this comforter! I would definitely recommend to this set to anyone.

The comforter is puffy and large enough for the king sized bed but at the same time, the material breathes so you don't get overheated during the night. It's excellent quality. The Comforter comes with matching pillow shams and 2 throw pillows. The throw pillows are packaged flat, but once you slice open the plastic packaging, they plump up and inflate. The throw pillows are a bit girlie for a guys pad (my 27 year old son), so they are not being used.

The stitching of the lace across the comforter and the pillow cases really added a quality finish to the pattern. The seersucker top is fairly soft which I find appealing. I wish the bottom was the same material. It doesn’t feel quite as high quality underneath. It is true to size. The comforter has a classic floral design and is accentuated with some lace detail. I enjoy the flower portion but the lace color is off white and I could do without it. The pillows are fluffy and add a bit of elegance. The shams are a good size and can be easily cleaned if needed. I would recommend this to anyone who has a classic design style in their bedroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was blessed to be offered this Madison Park- Caralie 5 Piece Seersucker Comforter with Throw Pillows in exchange for my honest opinion, which is what I am providing. My Full size mattress sits on an 18" high metal frame, specifically purchased to create extra storage space. The layout of the apartment is such that one side of my bed (and everything stored underneath) can be clearly seen from the living room and my front door. For this reason when I purchase a new comforter or bedspread, I get King size and position it so it touches the floor on the visible side, as seen in my photo. When I removed everything from the plastic zippered packaging, although the comforter was not too badly wrinkled, the pillow shams were covered with deep crease marks and an abundance of wrinkles. Even worse, the upscale designer throw pillows were shrink wrapped in plastic which permanently disfigured the decorative design of the fabric on the square blue throw pillow and caused the white fabric ruffles of the embossed throw pillow to appear low end, due to the multitude of wrinkles created as a result of being shrink-wrapped. The material used for every piece of this comforter set is 100% Polyester, which usually doesn't retain deep creases or larger wrinkles when properly laundered. This particular Polyester fabric does Not live up to its reputation, which is especially disappointing, as the care tag specifically states, "Do Not Iron". I really hoped this Madison Park Caralie 5 Piece Seersucker Comforter with Throw Pillows would be worthy of a 5 star recommendation, but in all honesty, although the comforter is lovely and appears to be well constructed, the best I can justify is 3 to 3 1/2 stars. While I will use the comforter, the other 4 pieces of this 5 piece set will not be on display, as proper laundering did not alleviate the issue.
