Q: Is this clock back lit so it can be read in the dark?
A: Hello SAB - Thank you for showing your interest in this Rectangle Mantel Clock. This clock can be read in low light due to it being off white in color however it does not have any features to illuminate or allow dial visibility in the dark. I hope this helps, Happy Shopping! - Kiki

Q: Does it keep accurate time?? I have just tossed 2 clocks that even with a fresh battery were constantly falling behind in time- neither was from Target

Q: I've purchased two of these now and neither have worked. I put the AA battery in and nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?
A: Hi Christina, please be sure that the battery is being inserted into the clock's battery terminal with the correct polarity (+/-) alignment. Also, please check that the battery being used is a new battery that has not been previously used. Q: I know this clock does not have a light, but does it have any features (reflective markings, etc) to see the time at night in the dark?

Q: How do you set the time on this clock?
A: Hi Phill, thank you for your question! To set the time on this clock, please locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the clock. There is a recessed space behind the battery compartment cover's tab, where you are able to pull the cover up and out. Once the cover has been removed, you will be able to access the battery compartment and the time setting wheel. After the battery has been inserted (1 AA, battery not included) and set the time, snap the cover back place. Thank you for your purchase of the 6" Rectangle Mantle Clock Black - Threshold!
