Q: Are the tips of this tree strong/stiff enough to support more than a glass bulb ornament? They look like they would stand up to an ornament and wooden bead garland.

A: Thank you for your question. Yes this tree will hold a heavier ornament. The placement of the ornament on the tree branch is very important. We reccomend placing heavier ornaments further back on the branch for more support.

A: Hi, thank you for your question. This tree has a mix of branch types. Although some the branches do look realistic, some of the branches on this tree do have a more plastic look in natural lighting. If you are looking for all very realistic realistic tree branches, I would reccomend another Puleo tree.

A: The descriptions says 54 inches wide. I came back to buy this after have so much trouble with my current tree being too wide only to find the answer on the description. That's too wide for me too.

Easy to put up in 3 sections. Fluffed each section as you put it up. Like how it is not full so the ornaments can be seen & hang from the branches. Looks realistic.

I was pleasantly surprised by this tree. I knew I wanted something more spacey and realistic looking and didn’t want those dark green branches that shed everywhere. This tree was perfect I loved everything about it. Only complaint was it was hard to get the star to stay upright but it might be because it was probably a little too big for the size of the tree. Also love how easy it was to setup and store. Would recommend thing ribbons around where the cords are because they are so well camouflaged they’re hard to find. Which is a good thing!

I was so excited to buy a new Christmas tree. And this one looked so beautiful. But imagine my disappointment when in less than two weeks, the bottom third of the lights burnt out. Incredibly disappointing right before the holidays and I’m one of those people who goes a little nuts when a section of the tree does not light up. Packed it up returned it and now the old tree is up again. Just incredibly disappointing. I would hope a new tree would last longer than one season.

A week before Christmas the entire middle section went dark. I've replaced the fuses in the fuse box and nothing works. Very disappointed considering this happened before the holiday, and I don't feel like this is a good purchase if it's defective so quickly after initial set up. Three weeks after setting it up, $185 later, and I'm stuck with a hideous tree.

I really like this tree. Yes- it does take some fluffing, but they all do. Lots of lights and although this is a shorter tree than I'm used to, it fits my room better. Very natural looking. Some have complained about the trunk and the hinges being visible. I don't mind the trunk color and when you add ornaments- the hinges aren't as noticeable to me. Great value for the price.

We were a little nervous about this tree after reading some not-so-great reviews, but I’m glad we took the chance because we love it! Not nearly as hard to fluff as trees we have had in the past. It’s not as tall as we would like, but we bought some bed risers online now it’s perfect. Highly recommend this tree.

I bought this tree online in early November. I just took it out of the box today. It was easy to assemble. I am so pleased with this purchase. The tree is so pretty and looks so real when decorated and the lights are lit. It reminds me of an old fashion Christmas tree that you would see in a magazine. I just had to fluff the branches and it was good to go. You won't be disappointed.

Pretty straightforward to assemble. Just be careful with the tree trunk, it looks like wood and can actually give you splinters like I got. But love how realistic it looks to a real tree.
