I purchased two of these 6 cube organizers in black oak. They are not black at all, more of a charcoal gray, so they do not match my black tv stand like I wanted. They were easy to assemble, but each one came with nicks and chips that I have to disguise so it wouldn't show. Over all, can't really recommend this product

This item is great. I would like to give it 5 stars. I am very happy with the stability, color. Only complaint is I ordered 2 separately for delivery and both came in with one side punched in and damaged. It’s too heavy for me and I can hide that side as the floor side that I didn’t bother to return it but it was disappointing and clearly a packaging issue that this happened two times with different deliveries.

I have ordered several of these in the past. I just ordered two more and I’m so disappointed because the last board to put on was made wrong no matter what I did I couldn’t get the last two screws to twist all of the way in. As I already assembled the whole thing I just put white duct tape over the two screws that are sticking out & am making do. I can’t return it as I have no way of delivering it fully assembled and I surely don’t wish to disassemble the whole thing.

Have been using these in my apartments for years for my vinyl. This one came with a dent in it. It is heavy and I didn't really want to have to lug this back to the store. It was in a spot that I felt would be okay structurally. This is much more wobbly than the last set of Espresso colored ones I had. I think the issue is beyond the dent, but it would have been nice if I wasn't sent a damaged product. Hopefully it holds up, but will not be purchasing these again

If you think you are getting a deal on an IKEA product, you are. BUT you are not getting the same quality. From the description "Surface Material: Paper Laminate" PAPER! Ours came with flaws in the finish and appears to be extremely fragile. So very disappointed. As always Target was very understanding helpful with our return.

some of the best customer service i have ever had. never had an issue with target before this. package wasn’t moving anymore and it was passed the estimated delivery date and i tried to contact fed ex (never do that they do not answer) i contacted target the first guy apologized and said he will try to reach out and he will give me a discount on the order which was nice and wait two days to see if it arrived. it didn’t. so i contacted target again & the second guy was also helpful he helped me get a replacement without having to wait for the refund and buy it again. and the replacement arrived the day after!

Thus was easy to put together, all tools were supplied. One panel did have a slight ding to it but I put it so it is at the back. It is very sturdy and can be oriented short or long way. I like that there is no back panel and so I can use either cube fabric boxes that fit exactly or some longer baskets that hang over the back (and front in some cases).
