Q: Can you position the drawers on either side or are they only on one side?

A: The drawers are all on one side but the headboard and footboard are identical so the bed can be positioned so the drawers face either side.

A: Unfortunately the tall headboard that matched this bed has been discontinued. The Full/Queen Size is still available (BSH-6656) but the opening between the legs is slightly wider (2.5" on each side) than the twin bed.

This bed is great and exactly as expected. Instructions for assembly are poor resulting in it being much more difficult to assemble than it should have been. Otherwise, we love it.

The bed was a bit difficult to put together as none of the pieces were labeled and the instructions could have been better about midway. If you're an impatient person please note it can take a better part of the weekend to put together. I used power tools for the screws and have no problem following instructions, yet the assembly part took 4 hours on Saturday and an additional 4 hours on Sunday. However I will say that my teen loves the height of the bed, it doesn't make noise when you move around and helps us save on space. The draws are spacious enough that when transferring clothes from another 6 draw dresser, this bed gave us ample storage space that 2 draws were left empty.

Bought this bed in March and haven't had an issue with it! The boxes these came in were /heavy/ and took around 3 hours to put together alone. I'd recommend working with a partner since there are parts where it'd help to have someone hold a part up. I had a missing drawer hinge but I just had to contact their customer service and they shipped the right part a week later.

Disappointed at the fact that we spent $335 on a Chipped, scratched and split wood bed frame. And Because we already took every single piece out of the box; we honestly didn’t want to put it all back together and find a way to return the heavy load.

This is a great tween/teen bed. It took my daughter and I about 2 hours to get the main frame put together, then another hour for the drawers. The instructions are not clear but with the pictures and flipping forward and back, we were able to figure it out. For the price, it's perfect. The frame is sturdy and the drawers are great if you put them together properly. Found that we had to reinstall a couple of the screws.

It’s a nice bed. The panels under the mattress rattle if they aren't secured in a way that goes beyond what the instructions say, but it’s a fairly easy fix. Bottom drawers are a little awkward to open, but it’s a worthy sacrifice to having twice as much space. Also, box weights are inaccurate. The 70lbs box it comes in was 103lbs. I’m not sure about the other ones weight. Overall, though, I love the look. So happy it’s in my room.

This is crap! Its as flimsy as hard cardboard. Do not buy this. Arrived already broken and if you bump it then it will break. Not worth the money. Might be decent deal if it costed a hundred even or fifty even.

This bed will work in a jam...but it is very generic. The ones with three drawers are much better quality. And this one is also a pain to put together. The six drawer version is way over priced for what it is.

Overall good product. Came in two boxes that are heavy. 70lb and 57lb. Some nicks on wood. Should be packed with paper or a thin foam to protect wood. Easy to put together and great for spare bedroom.

I bought 2 beds for 5 and 8 y o grandkids. They are strong, sturdy, and attractive. There r lots of individual screws m, especially for each of the 6 drawers, so they took about 5 hours to assemble. The kids luv'em! One observation: the mattresses I bought sit above individual slats that span the foundation. Though the bed seems strong, when you open any of the 3 top drawers, you can see the spaces between the supporting wooden slats. I imagine a lot of dust and dirt will eventually accumulate on contents of those top drawers. Time will tell, and so will I in further review, if that happens. Otherwise the beds are space savers and wonderful!

This bed arrives in two 70 lb boxes and held up well to UPS shipping. Be prepared to spend some quality time with this bed as it easily takes several hours by one person and the use of an electric drill/driver to assemble was also a big help. Directions were decent enough., just follow the steps. Fit and finish were spot on and all hardware required was included. This uses a lot of pressboard and I wouldnt think this would hold up too long in humid environments. This bed has 6 drawers and has a ton of storage. I have a 12" tall mattress and the total height of my bed and mattress assembled was 34" tall overall and is pretty high. Overall Im happy with my purchase and looking forward to many years of use!

Would recommend using a power tool. We set up the bed for my daughter in her first apartment at college with just a screw driver. It appears to be solid and sturdy. There is plenty of storage.
