The fans look great, the dimmable LED lighting works well, and they have the capability to put out a tremendous amount of airflow on high setting. With 6 speeds, you can easily pick the output you desire. However, I took off a star for two main reasons: 1) These fans are hard to install. I'm very handy and I've installed every fan & light in every house of mine for 20+ years. This one must've been designed by a plumber. The instructions are great, it's just that the parts don't necessarily fit together correctly without modifications and a trip to the hardware store for the correct screws needed to finish the job-I bought two and they had the same ill-fitting and incorrect parts. 2) The remote speed settings are backwards?well, at least for me & my family.We will have to get used to it because they aren't being replaced any time soon if I can help it. Setting #1 is high and setting #6 is low. Weird. Maybe the plumber was British? Maybe I'm just picky, so?oh, well. I would recommend these fans due to overall aesthetics and performance. Yeah, I guess I'd do it over again because my wife is happy. However, if you are not handy, you better just go ahead and call a handyman right off the bat.
