We have 2- Kafe XL fans in our Great Room. We can not get the revolutions of the fan blades to turn at the same rate of speed. This is true regardless of what speed the fans are set at.

The fan would not work straight out of the box I am trying to get it replaced and ferguson/Minka should pay for the electricians hours pulling this down to replace I hope the new one works.

We purchased several fans for the new home, but decided to replace the famly room fan with the Kafe-XL. The patina on the fan housing matched the rock on the fireplace and surrounding tile. It was the perfect touch for our family room!
