A: Hi customer, thanks for reaching out. Yes, this product is machine washable. Please machine wash in cold water separately with a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low, and remove promptly. Do not iron. If there is no free movement in the washer or dryer, use large capacity commercial washer/dryer. You'll also be able to find the care instruction on the wash label as well. I’ve had this for a little over a year now. It is soft and cozy but it has never really fully heated up and a few days ago, it started malfunctioning every time the internal timer would turn the heat off. I won’t buy this particular blanket again, it hasn’t worked as good as others I’ve had have.

The color is a great neutral, which blends seamlessly with my home décor and matches everything perfectly. The size is just right—not too big, not too small—so it fits well on my bed or sofa. One thing to note: there are a lot of specific instructions about how to position the remote and cord, which I appreciated knowing, but they did feel a bit excessive. As for the heat, I was expecting it to get a bit hotter on the highest setting, as it doesn’t quite warm up as much as I thought it would. I haven’t washed it yet, so I can’t speak to how it holds up in the laundry, but overall, I’m happy with the blanket for now!

The heat function only lasted a few months of regular use. Now you can barely tell when it’s on, and only a few coils have even a little bit of warmth.

It has 3 heat settings and for safety will shut off after 2 hours. It can be washed as well. The color I got is a deep navy and it's gorgeous. Ready for chilly days and watching tv all snug under this heated throw.

It’s a great size so it covers more than 1 person on a cold winter night watching tv. The heating elements are wires running through the blanket so it heats up nice and evenly. It seems if good quality. I haven't washed it yet. Honestly I am a little hesitant to wash it but instructions do say it is machine washable. It warms up rather quickly. I had it in the Lowest setting and it got pretty hot. I'm guessing the highest setting will be great for the winter.

It’s still quite cool in the morning and at night which makes this new heated blanket amazing for my daughters bed. Sometimes she just sleeps with the blanket covering her on low to get to sleep and having the auto shut off is nice so it doesn’t maintain the heat all night. She’s been jealous of the heated blanket that my wife and I have so she was really excited when I told her about this new one for her bed. the three settings are nice but I think having the auto shut off is probably the best! We are really happy with this new blanket, and even though it will get warmer in the next few weeks, she may end up, keeping it on her bed for some extra coziness at night, and in the morning! Well done, beauty rest!

I especially like the auto off feature after 2 hours as I get paranoid about leaving things on. I try to only buy things that have auto off features so I don't have to worry about leaving it on. The 3 heat levels is nice, but I only use the highest heat or no heat. It is a very warm blanket without the heat. I haven't used this particular item yet in the winter, but I am looking forward to it. I hate being cold!!!!

Had a similar experience to other reviewers where it worked great for a few months and then crapped out, conveniently outside the return window so now I'm stuck with it. The wires are kind of unccomfortable anyway. I will say it is soft and heated okay for a while, but overall not what I expect from Target.

I used it winter 2021, it worked great. Got it out again this winter and now the controller just blinks. I'll be trying to fix it, but it's annoying I have to try and troubleshoot things after using it for essentially 3 months
