Q: I washed it in dishwasher and after filling it with water i am getting a slight metal smell and taste do i need to wash it in a specific way?

This has to be one of the most worthless containers on the market oh it serves its purpose standing straight up who would have thought but the second it even tilts a little bit water God forbid you stored in your backseat oh when you get your destination the containers on the side all the water's gone but how is all the water gone with an airtight twist container scam. Scam scam

Terrible. Bought for kids football practice. Knew they would be rough on them. I don't mind the easy dents from being dropped so much as the lids lose their silicone ring and causes jug to leak. Spout also does not correctly spin back and closes at an angle that also allows leaking. You'll be buying new jugs within a month if you have kids that use them so go ahead and spend the extra on the one you like because you'll be buying it anyway.

This thing is no joke! Holds all the water I need while at my desk each day and keeps it cold with just a few ice cubes the entirety of my work day. Saw a similar in Lulu for 3x the price and almost picked it up before I thought to check Target.

Some people might not like it because it doesn’t have the sip spout to drink from. I personally prefer to just twist it open to drink because those sip spout are hard to clean and can start to mold.

Highly recommend. I have only used this for cold beverages and I believe it does keep them cold for a long while. I bought myself one and because it’s so efficient and easy to carry around my boyfriend ended up getting one too. I didn’t experience any leaking with mine or mold smells as I see some in the reviews have. Great quality for a good price!

I like how the handle makes the weight of the bottle plus the water super easy to carry, it also opens really easily and it doesn't hold smells too. I've had a lot of stainless steel water bottles that get bad smells within a month of use and washings, this one I've had for a long time and it smells fresh, clean like odorless. Perfect for long term use as a workout jug or a good hiking jug, it keeps the water cold for hours.

It is suppose to keep liquids hot for up to 8 hours. I made coffee, poured it into the thermos and less than 3 hours later, the coffee was barely warm.
