East delivery. Looks great in our room and modern. It provides a ton of light for an otherwise very dark room. We thought we still would need lamps and more light but this fan provides enough light. It was expensive but worth it.

On most but the most recent minka aire fans the "remote" was controlled by a receiver box jammed into the fan housing that you could remove and wire directly into wall switches allowing you to use Lutron switches to control the fan and lighting. This fan is completely integrated so your only option is the "bond" app. So, skip this fan if you're planning on bringing your own smart switches to the party.

Beautiful looking fan moves good air but mine has a hard time starting and when it finally gets running it makes rattling noises off and on. When you first start it it wiggles forward and backwards it starts to speedup and slow down. Sometimes it takes ten minutes to get going. I would add a video but it has to be a youtube video.

This fan is really great looking, even better than the pictures. The fan REALLY moves the air. The light is super bright, like almost blinding when up all the way. All way round, just a great fan!
