A: Seating height without cushion is 12"; cushion is 5" thick.

A: Thank you for the question. The cushion cover is made of polyester and is water resistant but not waterproof. We recommend cushions to be put inside or cover when not in use, to prolong the use.

It took me and two other people 2 hours to put together a quarter of this thing because the parts aren't labeled and the screws don't line up. Then I discovered it's very uncomfortable. Not very deep so you end up sitting straight up. Not what I was looking for to relax. Now to figure out how to return it! :-/

Easy to assemble and pretty comfortable cushions. Have only had for a week but am very happy with this purchase, especially considering the price.
