My son is a US Marine and this just adds to what we hold most dearest to our hearts. Our symbolism of freedom. This lanterns charges throughout the day and in the evening hours lights up to show your appreciation for freedom. The stained Red, White and Blue glass is absolutely beautiful. The lights make this hanging lantern beautiful. My neighbors love my new lantern.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is super cute however the led light went fast on mine and quit working right away however I still would recommend it because it’s super cute and it will be great for the summertime when we have outdoor barbecues or just sitting out on the porch in evening evening for extra light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for a great outdoor solar lantern this one is awesome. It is super bright and I was actually surprised at how bright it was. The solar panel part lifts off the top and there is an on/off switch on the bottom of it so you can either turn it completely off or turn it on where it will charge with the sun during the day and automatically turn on when it’s dark. It’s pretty cool because when it is lit up at night you can still see all the patriotic colors and even the stars on the top blue pieces. The best part is that this lantern is a great size and can either be sat on a table or you can hang it. It really is even nicer and prettier in person than in pictures!

Make sure to place it where it can get direct sunlight for optimum charging. It stays lit for several hours at night depending on how sunny the day was. I like the versatility that it can be used for a table accent or hung up. There is an on/off switch on the bottom though it provides such beautiful ambient lighting at night I wouldn't want to turn it off. It arrives very nicely boxed and well protected so would make a perfect gift.

It also solar charges very quickly! It was kind of cloudy here but I put it outside for a few hours and it was all charged up by evening. I was surprised how bright it was too! We'll definitely be enjoying this all year!
