I love this bookcase! It’s exactly what I wanted to display family photos and other accessories in my living room. My new house is “transitional” in style - leaning towards contemporary...the wide version of this ladder-style bookcase would blend with almost any style. It’s substantial in size and really holds a lot! It’s made of real wood and feels very sturdy—we did not feel the need to secure it to a wall, but hardware to do that is included. My husband assembled it with no problems.
