Designed by Casa Vieja™, the Velocity is an industrial-style ceiling fan designed for outdoor use in covered areas such as porches and sunrooms. Featuring a lovely oil rubbed bronze finish motor and three matching oil rubbed bronze metal blades, this practical and beautiful ceiling fan comes complete with a direct wire wall control and a 6" downrod.

The highest setting is about what a medium speed would be on a normal fan so there isn’t a lot of air flow. But if you want something gentle this is your fan.

Great fans. Installed this fan a couple of years ago out doors. Works great. My only complaint is the speed control. The first position is fastest, fifth/top position is slowest. Seems backward.

We have them on two different switches and one moves even slower than the other when they are both on the same speed!! The wall controller is also cheaply made in difficult to adjust. Will not buy again and definitely won't buy one without a remote control.

I was thrilled, at first, to come across these discounted 72" fans for a client. However, once they arrived and were installed, several things popped up. First, we're located in Texas and I had presumed that the single fan direction would be best suited for hot weather. Wrong! They turn clockwise instead of counterclockwise. Then, the speed of the fans are slower than the cheap, traditional 52" fans at high speed! And to top it off, the housing and motor are cheaply made for the retail price--they got hot after a short test run of 20 minutes! What gives?! Overall, would not recommend this brand to anyone. Buyer beware!

It simply doesn't move much air. Very disappointed and will likely end up replacing with something more capable.
