Q: I bought this but it didn't come with instructions. I've no clue how to put this thing together, some of the part are labeled abc etc but there's no way to tell what's what. Frustrating.

Q: Does this need to be screwed into the wall? I see that it has anti-tip anchoring hardware which is good, but I need to store something behind it which would make it difficult to attach it to the wall.

Super easy to put together IMO. Everything was packed really well and no damage. I am an average sized woman and did it alone in a little over an hour. Pieces are heavy and well made. The arch as others said was a little of an extra effort but if you put the screws in first so you are popping in the other dowels it does help speed it up. It looks nice and I think will last a long time! Worth the money!

Several parts cracked. Box came damaged but not a Target issue. It's like a softer wood but solid. Having the wood divets already in the holes in transit leaves those wooden dowels at risk for damage. Not happy I paid full price. I put it together and not sure it's worth the hassle to take apart and return. Wait for a sale

Really beautiful piece, the directions were easy to follow and the hardware was high quality for flat pack furniture! It’s a very sturdy piece. There were a couple of holes that were not drilled correctly in the final steps, so I had to improvise which is the reason for the 4 stars.

Love this shelf! I got a good deal on it during Circle Week, and had to wait a few weeks for delivery. Once it arrived, I checked to make sure every piece was damage-free. It was! Built the shelf by myself in about an hour without issue. Was able to move it between rooms by myself. It’s sturdy and beautiful, and the shelves are pretty deep.

don’t let all the reviews of it being impossible to put together scare you! i had no problem assembling it and honestly it was one of the more easy pieces of furniture i’ve built. the people who had issues must have received a bad batch and it looks like it’s been corrected! i love it and am so thankful i didn’t listen to the reviews and got it anyways, had no problems whatsoever putting it together! only took me about 1.5 hours to do and it’s gorgeous! it is quite heavy so recommend having someone to help you move it once complete.
