Good quality, sturdy and tall. Took me about 2 hours to put together by myself. I was able to get everything lined up except 1 shelve. There is a little challenge with the shelves that have the brackets but overall a great buy.

Feels sturdy but it’s absolute cheap garbage. Was screwing together and there was no grip in the screw to inside of the shelf board. Then it started buckling pictures included. When I called customer service thinking I could maybe get a new part no, they told me to return it. Then they offered me 10% off …….that was laughable. I will be returning if I can get it back in my car.

Beautiful walnut shelves. I had no issues with assembly, and built it by myself. The key to getting the shelves to align is to not tighten anything until everything is put together. I built it laying on the floor, and was able to adjust things as needed. Would have been much easier with 2 people. I bought it in-store.

The barrel nuts that you screw into for the shelves move or are not lined up. I kept trying to keep them straight but one completely unlodged and we cannot get the screw out and it cracked the particle board. We had to cut the screw out to get the shelf out. So, we now have a useless shelf with an empty space.

The color scheme is on point to what I was looking for. There is plenty of surface area, meanwhile the open design prevents the bookshelf from being too imposing in the room. The quality seems good so far! And it was easy to put together. I’m overall very happy, and feel like it completes the space!

I love the look of the shelf, but the one we received was damaged. One of the shelves was chipped on the corner, some of the paint was chipped on the metal, and there was a large dent on one of the legs. I’ve never received something from Target that was this damaged so it was very surprising. The box itself wasn’t damaged when it arrived so I can only assume it was poor quality control. Also, when we put one of the bolts into the shelf, it cracked the shelf - we were being very careful not to damage anything but the way the hole had been drilled it caused the screw to almost break through. I have three stars because we do have another one of these shelves that was not damaged and I had no issues putting together. It looks great in the home office.

Exactly what I needed and what I was looking for. The adjustable feet at the bottom help with the slightly unlevel floor in the room where it is. The shelves are really nice and wide and deep, and I like the ability to hang things on the sides.

I read previous reviews which made me worried about damage, so I found it in store. There was only one left and the box had some weird spill on the box so I wasn't holding my breath and already planning the return in my head but figured I might as well wait to see as the box seemed unopened. I was pleasantly surprised to find the spill had not seeped thru the coated cardboard box, and found no damage to the pieces inside! I put it together as directed and had no trouble with the assembly. I was careful not to over tighten, and made sure the installed "barrel nuts" that are pre-installed in the shelves were straight prior to screwing in the bolts. No bulging or warping occurred. It's obviously Target quality and not solid wood, but it's sturdy and decently priced. It's everything I was looking for (and more!). It even has leveling feet that screw out to fix wobbles! Love this bookshelf!

Absolutely love this bookshelf. Has really good weight for the price point. Assembly was pretty easy. Instructions say 2 people required but I was able to get it done alone. I also didn’t add the bottom shelf for more storage space at the bottom. I bought 2 and placed them side by side for a more grand look. I get some many compliments. Worth it. Shelving like this can easily run $500 and up at a furniture store.
