Span 3-Head Metal Globe Floor Lamp Brass - Threshold™

I purchased this lamp 14 months ago and the switch just snapped when I tried to turn it on. The insides of the switch are plastic, and cheap. The outside of the lamp looked great and was easy to assemble, but for this price, I expect something to last more than 14 months. I contacted Target customer service and they said nothing could be done because it was outside of the warranty period.

Looks very nice in a living room. Wouldn’t go well if your space is congested. Everything works fine. Maybe a bit overpriced but doesn’t look cheap so it’s fine. Base is unnecessarily heavy.

This was very easy to put together and fairly quick. I did it alone, but it would’ve helped a ton to have a 2nd person for the final step of holding the entire lamp while screwing it into the base. That part was tricky to do on your own. The lamp looks exactly as pictured. You can angle each light a bit. The switch allows you to have one light, two lights, or all 3 on at a time.

If you’re debating about buying the lamp.. buy it!! The base is heavy! Overall the lamp is a great quality and choice to add to my living room.

Ours was defective. It sparked when I turned it on and our power flashed. So it went back. Return was a breeze since we had the whole thing built and the box was a mess so I appreciate the easy return. It’s cute though!

Incredibly frustrating, the website incorrectly states that the base height was 1.5". It is well over 2" meaning it did not fit under my sofa so had to return it. Not an easy task as the base is very heavy so getting the box to my apartment just to have to lug it back was such a pain.

Love this lamp for my living room, especially in my apartment, I got some dimming light bulbs and it’s perfect.

This lamp is so beautiful. We constantly get compliments on it, it’s good quality and looks very high end.

The top lamp doesn’t work and I just unboxed it. Wasn’t the lightbulb because I switched them around and each one worked.

The beam is nearly impossible to make straight, the threads must be misaligned or something because it is impossible to connect the pieces of the beam correctly. It make what could’ve been a pretty lamp look cheap and tacky. Which is unfortunate considering it is $150.

Easy to assemble, and gorgeous

The lamp base arrived with a large chip, but it is so heavy that I turned the lamp so the chip faced my wall. And just as the lamp passed out of warranty, the switch cover fell off. Then the switch stopped working entirely. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, the lamp begins to loosen from the base and can't be tightened further resulting in a lean. Incredibly disappointing.

Bought this two years ago and have to say it is an absolute piece of garbage. It has constantly flickered on and off, sometimes not working at all, for absolutely no reason at all. It’s also rusted for in some spots, which is strange because it hasn’t been exposed to water at all, so it always looks dirty. The base tends to come loose over time, so over a month it’ll start leaning for no good reason. Honestly, it’s a headache. Buy it if you want a cute lamp that will last six months and hope you get one with decent wiring, otherwise pass.

I love style and the way it light’s up my family room. I needed a second one for the other side of my sectional .

This is such a pretty floor lamp. To be honest, I am in my "no direct light" era, but I can't resist the beauty, even though I barely used it 😅

Gorgeous lamp. My apartment feels sooo cozy now! I didn’t know that the bulbs have different settings (first switch turns only middle bulb on, second switch turns only the two outer bulbs on, 3rd switch turns all bulbs on) it’s HEAVY and STURDY at the base. My very hyper preschooler was a concern as he gets into things. But with this super heavy base I’m not concerned about tipping in the slightest. Assembly instructions specify this is a 2 person assembly item but it didn’t take much extra effort to assemble on my own. Took about 15 minutes.

Love this lamp! It was easy to put together. The base has a lot of weight to it so it makes the lamp sturdy. Only downside and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that on one of the parts the gold is a shade or two darker. Since it’s placed behind my couch it’s hidden so I don’t mind.
