A: The picture is sandwiched between the two pieces of plexi and then the 4 gold corners hold it together. One piece of the plexi (the back piece) has a built in hanger to hang it on the wall.

A: It's not designed for a picture with matting. The little corner screws are very small, so you wouldn't want to use matting unless it was the same thickness as a piece of copy or photo paper.

A: The pictures do not slide in and out. It needs to be taken off of the wall and unscrewed from the four corners for a picture to be replaced.
