Hello there Sue - Thank you for your purchase and feedback. In order to remove the glass to insert your photo, you have to first remove the "bumpers" located between the glass and metal frame. The bumpers are easily removable and put back in place to hold glass once your photo is inserted. Please consider re-reviewing once you have tried the above. Thank you.

Hello Vanilla - Thank you for your purchase and feedback. If you look closely at the back of the frame there is a "bumper" set in between the back of the frame and the glass. You have to remove the bumper in order to place your photo in the frame and then reinstall the bumper after you have inserted your photo for display. Hope this helped! Thank you.
