Ugh I should have read the reviews before buying this. I ended up washing it following the care label and it shrunk.
Dont buy.

I should’ve read the reviews before washing. The shrinkage is crazy! I’m really annoyed with them, I don’t recommend it. What a waste of money. Hopefully I can return them!
Inconsistent shrinkage across curtains when following wash instructions

I bought 5 panels of these curtains total. 3 were in good shape after I washed and dried them according to the product instructions, but the other 2 (which I washed and dried in exactly the same way) had significant shrinkage of the outer gray fabric while the white lining stayed the same. The result is that there is 3 inches of white liner sticking out of the bottom and an inch ballooning out on the sides. There seem to be some real product consistency issues since other purchasers mention the same or similar issues.
Iron the curtains! Do not wash

I was hesitant getting these curtains because so many reviewers had issues after washing their curtains to remove the wrinkles. But I just ironed mine and they look so nice. Most curtains now feel like plastic because the majority are made of polyester, which is plastic. I ended up buying these curtains though because they are 100% cotton and actually feel like fabric (the blackout panel on the back of the curtain is polyester but you don't see or feel that when they're hanging up).
Do not wash if you want to use these curtains!

Like others have stated, these curtains shrink when washed exactly as directions state. Very disappointed and will hopefully be able to return.

I’d light these curtains on fire just to feel some sort of redemption for all the anger they’ve brought me the past 2 years. Are they actually blackout? Yes—the only reason I kept them. Do they have any other redeeming qualities? No. They don’t lay flat (so the white blackout backing flips around constantly), the tabs have ripped many times, they’re sewn poorly. They’re expensive. They suck. They suck when they’re open and they suck when they’re closed. $30 per panel is detestable. These will haunt me forever.

I really love how these look in my sons nursery! Just thick enough to block out light but not look drabby. Just pay attention to the item because it’s only ONE curtain panel per pack

These were perfect for keeping the nursery dark during naps and bed time when it’s still light out.

These curtains seemed nice at first, but that was all. I washed both panels that I purchased with the manufacturer's instructions, and they shrank so much. The back lining seemed to stay the same, but the cotton front is nowhere near 42" anymore. I bought them to cover a 70" window, and both panels leave inches open at the sides. They also curl terribly along both edges, which makes them even narrower. Do not buy these.

As far as a blackout curtain, they do a decent job. Loved the color and material, however after some time I started noticing a burnt plastic smell. It finally occurred to me that it was the curtains (which sit in direct sunlight a majority of the day). It’s really concerning as we have had these for months and I don’t know what kind of harmful things my child has been breathing in.

Three major issues with these curtains: 1. After washing based on manufacturer specifications, the material on the front shrunk but the blackout material on the back didn’t, so now the blackout material is visible when the curtains are hanging. 2. The blackout material is shedding a white powdery substance every time the curtains are opened/closed. 3. I bought 4 panels and 1 panel is noticeably shorter and a different color than the other 3.
Chemical Smell After 60 Days

Really wanted to like these curtains. They do an very good job of blacking out light and they are nice looking ofr the price... Unfortunatley, even after 60 days, they were still offgassing with a stong smell of melted plastic. The smell is so strong, I could notice immediatley walking in the front door when the afternoon sun was hitting the curtains in the bedroom at the other end of the hall. Thankfully, Target gave me a hassle free refund.
Awful blackout curtains with defective design

I like the color but besides that the absolute worst! The sides curl outwards and expose the white black out material making it impossible to close the gap between the curtains which defeats the purpose of black out shades! You need to overlap them by a foot and a half to try to close the gap. It looks horrible.

I love the muted cream color but the quality is cheap. I’m returning to get something better quality. The lining doesn’t go all the way to the top or the sides. Cheap quality.

They were ok. The back material feels like thick cheap plastic and seems to be cut too big. So much so that the ends curl and you can see the white blackout panel attached to the back. I tried steaming it but it didn’t work. Another reviewer recommended the Aruba curtains. Very similar in colors and better quality for the extra $3-5 dollars. I’d recommend those over these.
