Q: Are there rod pockets on both the top and the bottom so you can decide if the stripes are on the left vs right?

The hems on the top and bottom of this curtain have been left open so, that our guest's can hang with the stripes on either side or hang a pair with each panel mirroring each other. Q: Are the tabs on either side of the panel? I want to use tabs, not the pocket rod for hanging.

Q: Does 1pc mean you get one single curtain - and if you order two, how they know to give you one of each half? The curtains mirror each other so it's confusing, each panel is different
