Do not buy!!!! The paper smells like very strong chemicals. Had to throw it away because I was not going to have the baby clothes and blankets I purchased for a gift get contaminated with the chemicals.

The gift wrap tissue paper looks quite nice, but once it was opened the smell of paint was overwhelming and the shimmer/pearlized stuff sticks to your hands. This is not something I want to wrap gifts with.

Bought in store. The glitter gets EVERYWHERE. To be fair, I personally didn't notice a shine to the tissue paper when I grabbed it off the shelf, but the outside package doesn't mention "pearlized" or glitter. Even if I was looking for a shimmery tissue paper, I wouldn't go for this one again because I don't want glitter getting all over the stuff I'm gifting to someone.
