A: you can use goo gone, acetone or rubbing alcohol

I got the jar out of the bag. Took off the tissue paper and noticed no wick. I then flipped it upside down and found the candle wasn’t adhered to the jar and the wick came out as the candle slid out. I’m not sure if this happened before pick up and they just didn’t feel like getting another one or if it came like that. They’re sending another. If the wick is gone I will edit this post.

Doesn't smell. I burned this candle for 2 hours and didn't smell anything from the candle. Visitors to my home said they didn't smell anything either.
