Q: The power button blinks all the time. I can only turn it off by unplugging the fryer. Is this normal or did I get a lemon?
A: Mine is doing the same thing. I’m hoping it’s normal.

Q: Is the cake mold stricltly for baking cakes, or can it be used for other things? I've heard some might use it for chicken wings or just to help keep the airfryer clean. What is it's purpose?
A: I have used mine to cook chicken if ai want to keep it in a sauce. Other than that purpose I don’t.

Q: What are the interior dimensions of the basket?
A: The base is 9.25x9.25 inches and the depth is 5.5 inches. Note that the tray is raised a half inch off the bottom.

Q: Why does it make a loud metal clinging sound? What’s the number to the manufacturer bc it sounds like this could cause bodily harm or burn the house down. It can’t be safe.

Q: why does it say does not “intentionally”contain pfoas etc? what does that mean?
A: Same question for me too. My take away is that there’s already pfoas but rest assured they didn’t purposefully add any additional pfoas. So we should be less likely to die as quickly as with the ones that have intentionally added pfoas. I had the time to break this down and I hope that it is helpful unlike the “intentionally” added pfoas. But I fear you’ve already came to the same conclusion. Stay safe!

Q: Is the crisper try supposed to fill the bottom of the air fryer basket? The one mine came with is small and fits the basket diagonally only which leaves the corner uncovered.
