Very happy with our purchase. The light yellow shade makes it feel like it's always sunny on our deck. We leave it up 24-7 and admittedly, our yard doesn't usually get much wind but it's held up well, including in Toronto's record-breaking rain storm last week. So far so good!

It needs weights base to stay stable as it is heavy and the cross base that comes with it is not enough to support. Your opinion is very important to us. This is a good umbrella for the price. It moves a bit more that I would like because it only has one support at the top. I added a bungie cord underneath to secure it a bit more. It is on our third floor patio, so can be a bit breezy even on calm days.

Love the umbrella - it does move slightly left to right even in the special wheeled base. Not sure why - overall quality is very good. Should have purchased the the bigger size - 11' - didn't think we needed it !
